In a newly released video from TMZ, LaBeouf can be seen being booked at the Chatham County Sheriff’s Office. At one point in the footage, LaBeouf tells a black cop that he’s going to hell “because he’s a black man.”
Prior to his arrest for disorderly conduct, obstruction and public drunkenness on July 8, LaBeouf was taken into custody outside of the Museum of the Moving Image in New York after confronting a white supremacist that targeted his “He Will Not Divide Us” performance art exhibit.
A representative for Shia LaBeouf was not immediately available for comment.
